Shipping + Delivery

What is the lead time to receive Mache products?

Standard shipping time is 1-3 weeks on all products. 

If you need it sooner, contact us at goodday@heymache and we will do our best to meet your needs. 

Dropship and Wholesale orders may have longer lead times depending on quantities ordered.

What if my order is lost or stolen?

If you do not receive your product and suspect it was lost or stolen, you have one week from the courier’s stated delivery date to notify us or you will forfeit product replacement. 

Mache will submit a claim to the courier and ship out a replacement product as soon as possible. 

In this event, before contacting Mache, please do your due diligence by checking with family, friends and neighbors in case they received the package. Look thoroughly around your home inside and out before deeming your package is missing.

What is Mache’s international shipping policy?

There are inherent risks with international shipping. Mache requests all international customers educate themselves fully on all custom allowances, fees, and duties prior to purchase. Mache will not refund international customers for lost, stolen, damaged, or returned packages.

If your order arrives missing a product or with the wrong product, immediately take pictures of your order and email to goodday@heymache.com clearly stating the issue. You must contact us within one week from receiving your order or your replacement options will be forfeited.

What ingredients are used in making Mache products?

Our Homi Yoga Mat and Foam Roller Tubes are made from non-toxic luxury paper, recycled wood end caps, and 100% recycled wood fiber pulp core. 

All hardware is made from cold-rolled steel finished with a powder coat for durability.

Mache products are consciously handmade in the USA by a mission-driven, woman-owned small business. 

We take great care in sourcing and crafting our earth-friendly products from natural ingredients which leads to a uniquely delightful character from batch to batch.

Order Cancellations + Returns

What is Mache’s return/exchange Policy?

We limit returns as much as possible and do not entertain exchanges. Our intent is to encourage customers to research products extensively before submitting an order, so as to collectively decrease the overall environmental impact inherent to modern shipping practices. 

Our return policy is in line with one of our core values to “Choose Wisely” encouraging conscious consumerism. 

Mache is constantly striving to lessen negative effects on the environment. Ubiquitous returns have become the norm, but with conscious purchasing attitudes, we hope to combat this detrimental trend with your help.

Here are a few stats to consider and you will see why Mache has made it part of their mission to ship responsibly using carbon offsets:

Returns generate 5 billion pounds of landfill waste annually in the US

Shipping vehicles burn roughly 1.6 billion gallons of diesel fuel annually, resulting in 15 million metric tons of carbon dioxide emissions

In 2017, 11.3% of all purchases in the US were returned, amounting to $380 billion worth of goods

Mache does take responsibility for non-conforming products. If your product arrives damaged, incomplete, or the wrong product, immediately take pictures and email to goodday@heymache.com clearly stating the issue. You must contact us within three business days from receiving your product or your refund or replacement will be forfeited.

We seldom require you to return the product for reasons outlined above and because we meticulously ship our products in a particular fashion to avoid damage. If we do ask you to ship your product back, be sure to save all packing materials and contact us for packing and shipping instructions before attempting shipping.

What is Mache’s order cancellation policy?

We often begin production on your order immediately, once received. Therefore, we can only offer cancellations within 24 hours of your order being placed. 

This policy is in line with one of our core values to reduce consumer waste and “Make More With Less”. 

We encourage you to peruse the growing library of products available before selecting the products that best suit your unique style and self-care space.
