These luminous wood yoga blocks feature an all natural, soft beeswax finish and are strong enough to support all types of yoga practices. Dial in your yoga space with two different weights to choose from:

2-2.5 lbs (1-1.2 kg) : Moderate or Active yoga practice such as Vinyasa, Power Yoga, + Ashtanga Yoga. Also appropriate for a mixed discipline yoga practice.

2.5-3 lbs (1.2-1.4 kg) : Gentle or Alignment-focused yoga practice such as Hatha, Anusara, Restorative, Yin, + Iyengar Yoga.
