Orders are processed and delivered Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays) with the following Standard delivery times:
- 1-2 weeks for all Yoga Mat Tubes
- 1-3 weeks for the Homi Block Stand & Wall Bracket
- 1-3 weeks for Fitness Props & Accessories
🌍 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
In addition to paying international shipping charges, the customer is also responsible for any tariff, duty, taxes, VAT, handling fees, custom clearance charges, etc., required by their country for importing consumer goods. Mache does not collect this beforehand, and cannot give an estimate of the cost- charges and restrictions vary around the world.
It is the responsibility of the customer to do all research to ensure that there are no surprise charges when clearing packages through customs. It is the customer’s full responsibility to understand their customs liability.
For lost, misplaced, stolen, damaged, undeliverable (for any reason), or delayed, or returned by carrier(s), Mache cannot be held responsible or liable for any returns or refunds. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claims with the carrier(s) for damaged, lost, stolen, or undeliverable packages. Mache is not responsible for mis-deliveries, carrier or custom’s errors, or incorrect shipping information.

We gladly accept cancellations. We can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order.
💫 MACHE CONDITIONS & RETURNS
Because our products are made to order, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns. A return request must be sent, with photos of damaged goods, within 7 days of delivery to qualify for review. In the unusual event we can accept your return, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. The return item must be returned in original shipping box. If the item is not returned in its original packaging and condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
